不完全型心内膜床欠損症術後に右室-左房交通をみた成人例

Abstract

We experienced an adult case of left atrium to right ventricular communication after corrective surgery for endocardial cushion defect of partial type which was diagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography. This rare communication is based on the anatomical character of endocardial cushion defect that both tricuspid and mitral valves are located at the same level from the cardiac apex. Color Doppler echocardiography was quite useful for this diagnosis.
